We met at Ho Chi Minh City last yaer during biophysics conference. I have two things to inform you and need your help.

1) Suranaree University of Technology has set up the SUT-PhD Scholarship for ASEAN. We'd like to have some applicants from Vietnam. Could you help me to distribute this info. See more details at

2) A group of my colleages from SUT (Dean and Head of school from Institute of science around 5-6 persons) plan to visit Vietnam at Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city to recruite students to study at SUT (with the scholarship). They would like to visit University of Science and Institute of Physics, Materials and some disciplince related to Science. Thier schedule  would be around the second week of January. I wonder if you are available at that time.

Do you have e-mail address to anybody at University of Science at both Hanoi and HCM?
