把反斜线去掉，把所有的行都放在一起，参数项之间仅留空格。这些在linux下做。试一下吧。

Xu说的是。我以前遇到过，可能是编辑器的原因，不可见的字符的干扰吧，最后的换行符不统一，在运行SCRIPT时会提前结束。

bash: -stim_file: command not found，是把-stim_file当命令了。

我以前的改动是在每一行的最一个可见字符（\）后按删除键，和下一行接起来时再按回车分成另一行。这主要出现在改以前的script时，比如最开始用nedit写的，现在用gedit，就要改一下。如果是直接输进去的script，可就考虑换个编辑器，或换SHELL试试。AFNI网站的帮助里好像更倾向于用TCSH。考虑把登录SHELL改成TCSH看看。
