[oGIP] April-June focus for FINAL SPRINT

I am back from Turkey, EuroXpro with lots of refreshment & news updated from the conference, briefly will mention below:)

This email is to SHARE the final focus as current in the last quarter, to provide a platform for oGIP national commission.

April focus 

a) Regular operation ACHIEVE our target of realization

-MATCH: WIPE OUT EPs: keep tracking their matching process

-3 Months expiry form will be rejected (no email reminder)

b) Legacy Train elect via close tracking operation result

-RAISE EP after april-->legacy for elect

-Well transition with the framework (in attachment)

-Market research survey along with elect (release on May 20th)

Last words from me: recently I do feel it's really hard to manage both role at the same time (current+elect) and sometimes we get lazy in fulfill all the stuffs we need to do and are chased by endless deadline...etc.

What I finally realize is that, alway keep disciplined to myself. It is the best way to keep the speed steady in accomplish things. Simply set the goal: wake up on time, arrive office on time/ send email to VP on time.

In AIESEC, we are actually learning "how to manage myself" rather than manage people, manage the work. After all, it's an organization which develop responsible leadership. If we can take every ddl as the ddl we committed to send VP application form (no matter how tough and no time, we still kill ourselves to finish the booklet before deadline & send it!!!)

Counting down 61 days, WHAT YOU DO EVERYDAY to MOVE CLOSER TO YOUR TARGET?
