Dear LCEB Current AIESEC in Indonesia 2012/2013,
 

I hope you are all doing awesome and enjoying most crucial process of our term: Transition and the Final Sprint. I would like to humbly invite each one of you to participate in the ultimate process that we have in every term, the time for AIESEC in Indonesia to sit together and define the direction for the next term.  

However, the concept will be drastically different this year. The agenda has been constructed and transformed as a platform for both CURRENT and ELECT to collaboratively decide the NOW and FUTURE of AIESEC Indonesia. Thus, we determinedly shaped the last conference of AIESEC in Indonesia 2012/2013 as NATIONAL STRATEGIC CONFERENCE

In the National Office, Khatulistiwa Team has been run through an intense process to ensure the whole element of AIESEC in Indonesia from 12/13 and 13/14 can participate progressively in constructing the major strategy and defining the role of each party in our entity.

This conference will be not only about Planning. It is about understanding your role , passing the torch of success, learning from mistakes and to grow even more. It is about analyzing and take big part in managing the continuity of AIESEC in Indonesia.


People said that the success of this term will be defined by next year success. This is the basic concept of leadership when we able to strive for INTEGRITY and SUSTAINABILITY.

 

We STILL have 2.5 months left. It means we still have more than 9.5 weeks. We still have 68 days. We still have around 1600 hours.

It is nearly 98,000  minutes of RESPONSIBILITY.

I believe it is clear for us that our part is not end yet. And it will be your conscious choice what do you want to see in 30th June 2013, whether it’s a proud smile seeing all great things you leave behind and the strong continuity of AIESEC in Indonesia. Or an endless regret.

 

Here I attached the Description package of NSC 2013 Agenda (latest draft – not final). You may see from the Objectives, Flow, and the Agenda itself, see how big the contribution you will have in the strategic process.

 

A little note about NSC quota policy, I recognize several of you might want to join but feel you are being limited by the LC Quota.

I would like clarify that it is true that our condition currently is not in ideal stage. However I highly suggest you to just register with further discussion in your team how LC can cover the extra delegates fee expense, while Conference Team still put our maximum effort to find the best solution for the sake of National Plenary. 

I hope it is clear enough, and I believe you are as excited as I am to put your vital foot print in AIESEC in Indonesia.
