 How are you all after NSC??? I am super glad to meet Fandhy, Raika, Mary, Mitha, Putra, Olga, Wening, Agus in Padang!  Only Ilham was missing:/

Regarding not all of you joining session block for current: Final War

Here I'd like to capture some points

-7 Weeks count down, we need to sprint to do our best

-oGIP national target achievement rate: 26.2 % (Re 38/145)

-We need to set 7 weeks FOCUS ACTION in each LC

The only legacy 1213 can left to 1314 is not good transition but we delivered our promise.

Sharing from Tina:

In this year, because of this international experience, I learn a lot from you & from MC Khatulistiwa team. The way Indonesian appreciate each other, respect people and hospitality... Thank you everyone for my development.

But during NSC, I felt regretful by seeing I fail to lead a great oGIP commission because of I cannot demonstrate strong leadership to achieve the result I promised this entity. And time flies, there's 7 week more for me, for my team to do the very last thing for AIESEC in Indonesia. 

When there's discussion about AIESEC Indonesia history, people always mention 0910 is a changing year. The year we start to growth, the year led by Jennilie. I believe she is the right leader this organization look up to.

What kind of legacy we want to leave for AIESEC Indonesia as generation 12-13?

Will you committed yourself to strive for the very best till the end of June, 2013?

I look forward to this very final sprint result and development we can get from this experience:)

One of the problem me as MC now facing is the lost connection between you all since after EuroXpro.

I barely understand what happened in LC, what is not working, what support is needed from MC bla bla bla... There's few information I get from each of you, and I track the progress in a not-so-pushy manners.

For the last 5 weeks, I promise myself to be focused one only one thing: MUTUAL COMMUNICATION with my VPs.

I would like to know how we can delivery the very best experience to our customers & our experience for generation 12-13!
