Thanks for installing Windstream - the speed and service thus far have been fantastic.
 
Unfortunately, none of the current residents are returning to the house, so we will need to have the service canceled by the end of May (the month of May being the last month paid for service). 
 
That being said, it may be possible to switch the account over to the new residents entering next August (2012). This might be convenient so that re-wiring doesn't have to be done if the new residents realize that they want the faster internet speed.
I have CC'd our landlord, David Myers, in case he is interested in providing you with the new residents' contact info to give them this option.
