question about Springfield formal

I have to ask, I'm not sure who the point person for the Springfield
formal is, but is there a chance they would be willing to move their
formal from Friday the 20th to another night? Not a big deal but if
you could get back to me asap that would be great.

Hey Taylor,
It's me. Unfortunately, that's the only day that works for Springfield. We have other events with our families, camping etc. all the days surrounding it. Sorry about that.
