Seen: LOST small brown dog

Small 10-15 lb brown dog at corner of Ferguson and Belmont at 7:40 this morning. Looked like it might have had blue collar. Moved down Ferguson toward 12th when we tried to stop. Looked like a terrier of some kind.

That might have been Scooby from a house on Gilmore. He gets out a lot.
