3DM Systems is an engineering startup in Atlanta. We developed the first non-invasive ear scanner that could be used to create custom earphones, hearing aids, hearing protection etc. We are venturing into a new project and are looking to hire full/part-time audio engineers with experience in audio filtering and DSP. The project involves developing high-end solutions for wearable audio devices.

Some of the good skills to have

• Experience in implementing audio filters in DSP
• Noise Cancelling, background suppression 
• Beamforming from multiple microphones
• Independent Component Analysis
