Reg. Programme Representative

Dear Students,

Greetings, I invite the interested students to file their nominations for Programme Representative, at your Programme Manager Office. The nomination forms are available at GDN G02, G03, 108A, G19. The Details are as given below :

 

·        One boy and one girl for each year of the UG programme

·        One for I  year , One for II year  : for all the PG programmes offered by our SMBS

 

Eligibility Criteria:

v     Students having 8.0 CGPA * and above are eligible (except first years) for contesting as PR. (For calculating CGPA for students (eligibility) marks obtained up to fall semester 2011 would be considered)

v     Students should not have any disciplinary proceedings against them for contesting as PR.

v     Students should not have any standing arrears

v      If more than one student is contesting PR (year wise) an election (using ballot paper) will be conducted.

v      Student Council Members would be selected from elected PRs.

 

Schedule for conducting PRs election:-

13.07.2012	Friday	2:00pm deadline for receiving nominations
16.07.2012	Monday	3:00pm releasing the final list of contestants   5:00pm releasing election schedule (notice board) for the school including venue.
18.07.2012	Wednesday	Conducting election for SMBS
