*Greetings! I hope that your Master’s Thesis is nearing completion.*

This is a reminder mail regarding the *Master’s Thesis* *third
review*which is scheduled during
*3- 4, April 2013 at VIT University Vellore*. The exact schedule for the
presentation will be displayed in the CAM  lab notice board on 2nd April
2013. Student will be allowed to give his/her  third review presentation
 in the  presence of their  internal guides. Students have to submit a
hardcopy of the third review report in the CAM Lab GDN 130 on or before 2nd
April 2013 , 10.00 AM.

*The following points should be included in the third review report and in
the presentation*

*   Objective
*   Brief literature survey related to the project.
*   The motivation of the project and the problem statement.
*   The method of approach in detail and the method of validation of the

     results. (Experimental setup/ mathematical modelling / design
procedure/

      fabrication  details, calibration etc.. which ever is applicable)
*    Results and Discussion.(Outcome of the Thesis Work)
   *    *    Publication details.

 *Important instructions regarding Master’s Thesis Viva Voce Examinations*

* The master’s Thesis viva voce examination will be held on 8-10 May
2013.(Tentative)


*   Please keep in mind that the students will not be allowed to appear for
the final viva voce examination if the masters thesis has not been
published in any international conferences/ or acceptance for publication
in an International Journals.



* Soft copy and Hard copies of the Final Thesis Report should be submitted
on 30th April 2013.(with Internal Guide Signature & External Guide
Signature)
