The following matters were discussed

Tentative programme on 10^th December 2016

8.00 -  Registration

8.30 – Breakfast

10.00 – Walk around visit

11.00 – Refreshment

11.30 – Meeting at Auditorium

12.45 – Lunch

 

Breakfast:

Pongal , Chutney, Idli, Sambar, Vada, Sweet, Coffee- costs Rs.100/- approx.

 

Lunch:

Tomato Soup, Veg/Non veg Biriyani, Onion Raitha, Brinjal Curry, Potato Chips, Ice cream – costs 250/-approx.

 

In the amount fixed: Endowment of ₹ 2000. Hence total amount: ₹ 4000 per head.

This includes shawl, memento for the teachers, memento for the students, breakfast, lunch, T.Shirt, photography etc.,

Next meet will be on 11^th June 2016
