Job Title : Technical Solutions Representative
Job Location : Bangalore ( Interview will be in Chennai )
Experience range : 0 to 3 yrs
Job Description:
1. Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
2. Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
3. Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
4. Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.
5. Flexible to work in any shifts.
6. Good Communication skills is required.
7. BE, Btech & Graduates in any discipline , minimum 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 is required. 2015 passouts, need to submit PDC within 60 days after selection. only fulltime course eligible for this role.
