As part of our accreditation activities, we are in the process of collecting survey from the passed out batches. You are requested to provide the feedback in the attached form and send it as soft copy to the same mail id.

Note: Please inform all your batch mates to reply as quickly as possible with 30.04.2015. Give your rollno as file name.
