No need any special introduction regarding whats happening in our state...
GOM's aren't visiting our state regarding state bifurcation and they have
given a mail-id for people to send their issues and problems
regarding bifurication.
Leave about what our representatives MP's, MLA's, MLC's etc are doing...
People have been protesting for more than 70 days, right from
day (July 29, 2013) government have taken the decision to bifurcate the
state...
What ever may be the outcome, they will read the mails or not, implement
what we have suggested or not is secondary.. Its our duty
(atleast the educates) to raise our voice against the decision atleast by
sending the mails. Till now many people are on roads fighting
against bifurcation of the state, now lets communicate directly with the
GOM's regarding the issues.
So its my humble request to all who are demanding UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH, to

Dear Ministers,
Sub: UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH or bifurcation by sanctioning Rs 50 Lakh crores
and below mentioned Educational Institutions, Industries and SEZ's to
Seemandhra
⦁ We all Telugu people are strongly and desperately demanding only
for UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH.
⦁ In any case, if it is not possible to keep the state unitedly; then make
Hyderabad as Union Territory with share in income to both
Telangana and Seemandhra keeping it as joint capital and also solving the
water and electricity issues.
⦁ If the above stated way is also not possible, then divide the state only
if you can fulfill the following demands:
1. Don't do the mistake now also as in case of Hyderabad. Establish two
capitals as Summer Capital and Winter Capital (like in Maharashtra as
Mumbai and Nagpur), one in Andhra and another in Rayalaseema;granting Rs 25
lakh crore for setting up of both capitals. Then in future hopefully there
wouldn't be demand for seperate state of Rayalaseema. In my view
Vijayawada-Guntur
and Kurnool are ideal for setting up of new capitals. Please don't consider
Ongole only for the sake of availability of government lands. The new state
will be loosing alot if capital is not choosen properly.
Until the new capitals are completely built, keep Hyderabad as
joint capital(not only for 10 yrs) to both the states allocating equal share
in revenue of Hyderabad (as Total State income is Rs 70000 crore, out of
which Rs 34500 crore is coming only from Hyderabad, Telangana excluding
Hyderabad contributes Rs 14500 crore, Costandra contributes Rs 16800 crores
and Rayalaseema contributes only Rs 4200 crore). If Hyderabad share of
revenue is not given to Seemandhra, its not at all possible to run the
government.
2. As per Godavari Water Dispute Tribunal allocation of 1495 TMC to Andhra
Pradesh - allocate 605 TMC to Telangana and 890 TMC to
Seemandhra. This is only 75% of available water. Regarding the excess water
flowing 70% shoud be allocated to Seemandhra.
3. As per Bachawat Tribunal Award allocation of 800 TMC to Andhra Pradesh -
allocate 355 TMC to Telangana and 545 TMC to Seemandhra. Regarding the
excess water flowing 75% shoud be allocated to Seemandhra.
4. Establish below educational institutes in two no's(one in Costandra and
another in Rayalaseema) within 5years without any issue and they should be
fully functional. Government should be completely responsible for this.
IIT, NIT, IIIT, IIM, Central University, ISB, NIFT, BITS, Law University
like NALSAR, Agricultural University, Open University,
AIIMS, Armed Forces Medical College, JIPMER, Medical Sciences and Research
Center, NIPER, English and Foreign Languages University, National Academy

5. Establish below institutes and laboratories in two no's(one in Costandra
and another in Rayalaseema) within 5years without any issue
and they should be fully functional. Government should be

6. Central Government should provide adequate funds for setting up
of minimum one governement medical college along with government
hospital in all districts of Seemandhra with sufficient no of Graduation,
Post Graduation and Super Speciality seats in all specializations.
7. Should immedialtely set-up 3 International Airports in Seemandhra at
Visakhapatnam, VIjayawada and Tirupathi.
Minor airports should be set up at Nellore, Tadepallegudam,
Bobbili, Kakinada, Kurnool and Ongole in 800 - 1000 acres of land with
Rs 100 crore budget and 10000 feet run way length for each airport.
8. Central government should immediately grant following SEZ's
to Seemandhra and provide with all incentives necessary for setting up
of industires.
a) IT and ITIR, Electronics - both Software and Hardware at Visakhapatnam,
Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Tirupathi, Kurnool,
Nellore, Kadapa
b) Petro-chemical Corriodor(SEZ) between Kakinada and Visakhapatnam
c) Automotive SEZ in Vijayawada
d) Gems and Jewellary SEZ at Rajahmundry, Kurnool
e) Handicrafts SEZ at Kondapalli, Srikakulam (Budithi
Brassware), Chirala(Textiles), Dharmavaram-Mangalagir-Uppada (Saries and
Dress
Materials)
f) Multi-Product SEZ at Anantapur, Prakasam and Srikakulam
g) Apparel and Fashion Accesories SEZ in Visakhapatnam
h) Telecom Equipments and R&D services in Tirupathi and Vijayawada
i) Pharma SEZ in Eluru-Bhimavaram-Tadepalligudem
j) Foot wear SEZ in Guntur
k) Food Processing SEZ in Kakinada and Ongole
l) Aerospace and Aviation SEZ in Visakhapatnam
m) Cement Industry SEZ in Prakasam District
n) Paper and Pulp Industry SEZ at Rajahmundry and Nellore
o) Leather Sector SEZ in Nellore
p) Animation and Gaming SEZ in Visakhapatam
Note: Naming the SEZ'z is very easy, but land will the major issue
for setting up of these SEZ's. So areas in around the cities and towns
of radius 50 km to 100 km should be considered for setting up of
these SEZ's.
9. Backward districts namely Srikakulam, Vizianagaram,
Ananthapuram, Nellore, Chitoor and Kadapa should be developed by
sanctioning Rs 10 lakh crore in the next 5 years.
10. For setting up of infrastructure (includes roads,
electrification, drinking water etc) in all the 13 districts another Rs 10
lakh crores
should be released.
11. Developing Machilipatnam-Vijayawada-Guntur as industrial hub
like Gurgaon-Delhi-Noida and Secunderabad-Hyderabad.
12. Central government should set up Uranium Refining and Enrichment and
Reprocessing Centre in Kadapa. Also set up 8000 MW Nuclear Power Plant in
Kadapa-Ananthapur.
13. Central Government should compulsorily allocate 10 mmscmd of gas being
produced in KG Basin only for the use of Seemandhra (Power Generation and
fertiliser industry)
14. In the next 10 years government should provide all facilities for
generation
of additional 25000 MW by using Coal, Hydro, Solar, Wind
and Nuclear distributing the power plants in all districts equally. Should
encourage Wind and Solar Power by providing special incentives
and benefits identifying proper locations.
15. Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Gangavaram adn Nizampatnam should
be identified as major ports and provide with all incentives to
encourage imports and exports.
16. a) Sanctioning of 2 duronto, 5 garibrath, 8 superfast, 11 express and
20 passenger trains from Seemandhra to all over the country.
b) Waltair division should be given special status or must be merged with
South Central Railway. It should be immediately seperated from
East Coast Railway. People of Vizag, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam
are suffereing alot with the present scenario.
c) 50 escalators should be provided across the state.
d) Kakinada should be immediately linked with the Chennai-Howrah
main railway line ( Broad gauge + Electrification).
e) Nidadavolu-Bhimavaram-Machilipatnam-Vijayawada line should be converted
into broad gauge and electrifed. Repalli-Tenali
electrification
f) Kovvur-Badrachalam,
Kondapalli-Kothagudem, Kotipalli-Amalapuram-Narsapur, Rajam-Vizianagaram
and Nadikudi-Srikalahasti lines should be immediately sanctioned
g) To encourage tourism exclusive train should be inroduced in Araku Valley
h) Establishing wagon factory at Nellore and Eluru. Establishing Loco shed
at Vizianagaram and Guntakal
Provide all these facilities for us in the next 10 years then divide Andhra
Pradesh we do not have any objection for state bifurcation.
Until them its my humble request please do not divide Andhra Pradesh. We
Seemandhra people will be loosing alot alot. We are not against Telangana
and Telangana people's sentiment, but please do not bifurcate state at the
extent of Seemandhra.

No need any special introduction regarding whats happening in our state...
GOM's aren't visiting our state regarding state bifurcation and they have
given a mail-id for people to send their issues and problems
regarding bifurication.
Leave about what our representatives MP's, MLA's, MLC's etc are doing...
People have been protesting for more than 70 days, right from
day (July 29, 2013) government have taken the decision to bifurcate the
state...
What ever may be the outcome, they will read the mails or not, implement
what we have suggested or not is secondary.. Its our duty
(atleast the educates) to raise our voice against the decision atleast by
sending the mails. Till now many people are on roads fighting
against bifurcation of the state, now lets communicate directly with the
GOM's regarding the issues.
So its my humble request to all who are demanding UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH, to

Dear Ministers,
Sub: UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH or bifurcation by sanctioning Rs 50 Lakh crores
and below mentioned Educational Institutions, Industries and SEZ's to
Seemandhra
⦁ We all Telugu people are strongly and desperately demanding only
for UNITED ANDHRA PRADESH.
⦁ In any case, if it is not possible to keep the state unitedly; then make
Hyderabad as Union Territory with share in income to both
Telangana and Seemandhra keeping it as joint capital and also solving the
water and electricity issues.
⦁ If the above stated way is also not possible, then divide the state only
if you can fulfill the following demands:
1. Don't do the mistake now also as in case of Hyderabad. Establish two
capitals as Summer Capital and Winter Capital (like in Maharashtra as
Mumbai and Nagpur), one in Andhra and another in Rayalaseema;granting Rs 25
lakh crore for setting up of both capitals. Then in future hopefully there
wouldn't be demand for seperate state of Rayalaseema. In my view
Vijayawada-Guntur
and Kurnool are ideal for setting up of new capitals. Please don't consider
Ongole only for the sake of availability of government lands. The new state
will be loosing alot if capital is not choosen properly.
Until the new capitals are completely built, keep Hyderabad as
joint capital(not only for 10 yrs) to both the states allocating equal share
in revenue of Hyderabad (as Total State income is Rs 70000 crore, out of
which Rs 34500 crore is coming only from Hyderabad, Telangana excluding
Hyderabad contributes Rs 14500 crore, Costandra contributes Rs 16800 crores
and Rayalaseema contributes only Rs 4200 crore). If Hyderabad share of
revenue is not given to Seemandhra, its not at all possible to run the
government.
2. As per Godavari Water Dispute Tribunal allocation of 1495 TMC to Andhra
Pradesh - allocate 605 TMC to Telangana and 890 TMC to
Seemandhra. This is only 75% of available water. Regarding the excess water
flowing 70% shoud be allocated to Seemandhra.
3. As per Bachawat Tribunal Award allocation of 800 TMC to Andhra Pradesh -
allocate 355 TMC to Telangana and 545 TMC to Seemandhra. Regarding the
excess water flowing 75% shoud be allocated to Seemandhra.
4. Establish below educational institutes in two no's(one in Costandra and
another in Rayalaseema) within 5years without any issue and they should be
fully functional. Government should be completely responsible for this.
IIT, NIT, IIIT, IIM, Central University, ISB, NIFT, BITS, Law University
like NALSAR, Agricultural University, Open University,
AIIMS, Armed Forces Medical College, JIPMER, Medical Sciences and Research
Center, NIPER, English and Foreign Languages University, National Academy

5. Establish below institutes and laboratories in two no's(one in Costandra
and another in Rayalaseema) within 5years without any issue
and they should be fully functional. Government should be

6. Central Government should provide adequate funds for setting up
of minimum one governement medical college along with government
hospital in all districts of Seemandhra with sufficient no of Graduation,
Post Graduation and Super Speciality seats in all specializations.
7. Should immedialtely set-up 3 International Airports in Seemandhra at
Visakhapatnam, VIjayawada and Tirupathi.
Minor airports should be set up at Nellore, Tadepallegudam,
Bobbili, Kakinada, Kurnool and Ongole in 800 - 1000 acres of land with
Rs 100 crore budget and 10000 feet run way length for each airport.
8. Central government should immediately grant following SEZ's
to Seemandhra and provide with all incentives necessary for setting up
of industires.
a) IT and ITIR, Electronics - both Software and Hardware at Visakhapatnam,
Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Tirupathi, Kurnool,
Nellore, Kadapa
b) Petro-chemical Corriodor(SEZ) between Kakinada and Visakhapatnam
c) Automotive SEZ in Vijayawada
d) Gems and Jewellary SEZ at Rajahmundry, Kurnool
e) Handicrafts SEZ at Kondapalli, Srikakulam (Budithi
Brassware), Chirala(Textiles), Dharmavaram-Mangalagir-Uppada (Saries and
Dress
Materials)
f) Multi-Product SEZ at Anantapur, Prakasam and Srikakulam
g) Apparel and Fashion Accesories SEZ in Visakhapatnam
h) Telecom Equipments and R&D services in Tirupathi and Vijayawada
i) Pharma SEZ in Eluru-Bhimavaram-Tadepalligudem
j) Foot wear SEZ in Guntur
k) Food Processing SEZ in Kakinada and Ongole
l) Aerospace and Aviation SEZ in Visakhapatnam
m) Cement Industry SEZ in Prakasam District
n) Paper and Pulp Industry SEZ at Rajahmundry and Nellore
o) Leather Sector SEZ in Nellore
p) Animation and Gaming SEZ in Visakhapatam
Note: Naming the SEZ'z is very easy, but land will the major issue
for setting up of these SEZ's. So areas in around the cities and towns
of radius 50 km to 100 km should be considered for setting up of
these SEZ's.
9. Backward districts namely Srikakulam, Vizianagaram,
Ananthapuram, Nellore, Chitoor and Kadapa should be developed by
sanctioning Rs 10 lakh crore in the next 5 years.
10. For setting up of infrastructure (includes roads,
electrification, drinking water etc) in all the 13 districts another Rs 10
lakh crores
should be released.
11. Developing Machilipatnam-Vijayawada-Guntur as industrial hub
like Gurgaon-Delhi-Noida and Secunderabad-Hyderabad.
12. Central government should set up Uranium Refining and Enrichment and
Reprocessing Centre in Kadapa. Also set up 8000 MW Nuclear Power Plant in
Kadapa-Ananthapur.
13. Central Government should compulsorily allocate 10 mmscmd of gas being
produced in KG Basin only for the use of Seemandhra (Power Generation and
fertiliser industry)
14. In the next 10 years government should provide all facilities for
generation
of additional 25000 MW by using Coal, Hydro, Solar, Wind
and Nuclear distributing the power plants in all districts equally. Should
encourage Wind and Solar Power by providing special incentives
and benefits identifying proper locations.
15. Kakinada, Krishnapatnam, Gangavaram adn Nizampatnam should
be identified as major ports and provide with all incentives to
encourage imports and exports.
16. a) Sanctioning of 2 duronto, 5 garibrath, 8 superfast, 11 express and
20 passenger trains from Seemandhra to all over the country.
b) Waltair division should be given special status or must be merged with
South Central Railway. It should be immediately seperated from
East Coast Railway. People of Vizag, Vizianagaram and Srikakulam
are suffereing alot with the present scenario.
c) 50 escalators should be provided across the state.
d) Kakinada should be immediately linked with the Chennai-Howrah
main railway line ( Broad gauge + Electrification).
e) Nidadavolu-Bhimavaram-Machilipatnam-Vijayawada line should be converted
into broad gauge and electrifed. Repalli-Tenali
electrification
f) Kovvur-Badrachalam,
Kondapalli-Kothagudem, Kotipalli-Amalapuram-Narsapur, Rajam-Vizianagaram
and Nadikudi-Srikalahasti lines should be immediately sanctioned
g) To encourage tourism exclusive train should be inroduced in Araku Valley
h) Establishing wagon factory at Nellore and Eluru. Establishing Loco shed
at Vizianagaram and Guntakal
Provide all these facilities for us in the next 10 years then divide Andhra
Pradesh we do not have any objection for state bifurcation.
Until them its my humble request please do not divide Andhra Pradesh. We
Seemandhra people will be loosing alot alot. We are not against Telangana
and Telangana people's sentiment, but please do not bifurcate state at the
extent of Seemandhra.
