I reserved and paid for the site. Last year I acted as treasurer and
would be happy to fill that role again. First, though, we have to
decide on the fee. $10, $20? $10 for first person, $5 for each
additional in that family? The world is our Tempeh... ;-)

Does this include food costs? Probably not, right? If not, I like the first person/second person structure. Food makes it more complicated.
We're still not sure who from our clan is coming up this year. Right now, we're working on getting Bill up. We got some financial news that may help before then, which would be great.
