Invitation to 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the CHARUSAT Alumni Association

Dear Alumni,

 

Greetings from CHARUSAT Alumni Association.

 

Hope you all are doing well in your respective organization and your life.

 

We are glad to inform you that we are going to convene 2^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the CHARUSAT Alumni Association as per following details.

AGM will be followed by cultural activities. Shri. Nirmaldan Gadhvi will enlighten on with the cultural activities.

 

Day and Date: Saturday, 6^th October 2018

Venue: Auditoriam, CMPICA, CHARUSAT Campus, Changa

Time: 3.00 pm

Agenda:

1.       To confirm the minutes of Annual General Body Meeting held on 26^th September 2017 (Annexure I).

2.       To consider and approve the Annual report about the activities of the Association during the year 2016-2017 (Annexure II).

(Note: Report approved by GEC meeting held on 14^th August 2018).

3.       To approve the audited report and financial statement of the Association for the year ending on 31^st March 2017 (Annexure III).

(Note: Report and financial statement are approved by GEC meeting held on 14^th August 2018).

4.       To consider and approve budget for the Association and its chapters for the year 2018-2019 (Annexure IV).

5.       To approve auditors and fix their remuneration for the year 2018-19.

6.       To incorporate following clause in the constitution of CHARUSAT Alumni Association.

A.      To replace clause 5: “Objectives” as per Annexure V.

B.      To add clause 12: “Dissolution” as per Annexure VI.  

(Note: Above amendment was approved in GEC meeting held on 14^th August 2018.)

7.       Any other item by the permission of the chairman.
