Find the profile of TinyERP, Gandhinagar.
Tiny ERP Private Limited (A division of Odoo, Belgium), a true multinational company having
5 offices in 4 countries including Belgium, USA, Hong Kong and in India we are located at
InfoCity, Gandhinagar, since last 8 years. We are an editor of product Odoo, #1 open source
business solution in the world with millions of users, thousands of customers catered by 750
system integrator across 125 plus countries worldwide.
As an official Odoo R&D team, our major focus are on improvement of the product, we are
working on the upcoming Odoo’s version and improving the product usability as well. We are
specializing in Odoo trainings, we do functional, technical, and sales training for our business
partners and professionals. At India location we manage the first level of support center, where
we handle lots of tickets for how to queries, maintenance, migration and bug-fix for Odoo
worldwide.
Eligibility to appear in Interview
Students pursuing MCA, Msc.IT, M.Tech with bachelor degree of B.Sc Science or IT,
B.Tech, BCA or B.Com successfully completed with first class
Students should successfully completed all previous semesters with first class and first
trial.
At the time of joining, students should successfully cleared last semester (final project)
with first class.
Selection Process
Interview process will be done in 3 rounds, starting with aptitude and technical test, followed by
Technical round of interview and HR round at the end to make an offer to the selected
candidates. Selection process will be done based on the predefined criteria, we do not guarantee
to select any specific number of students.
Our Offer
We offer an excellent working environment with attractive starting package and stable growth.
You will be a part of global team which makes Odoo as #1 business solution in the world.
We offer 1,80,000/- as a starting yearly CTC (inclusive of all), including the benefits of
Provident Fund, Bonus and Gratuity. On successfully completion of one year of probation
period, employment will be confirmed and converted to permanent Employee. We offered
attractive appraisal to all permanent employees every year, appraisal cycle starts from the date of
confirmation.
Final Semester Project Training
Employment will be confirmed only if student will successfully complete the 6 months of Full
Time Project Training at our Gandhinagar location. During the project training we will not be in
position of offering any stipend or accommodation.
