Job Description :
1) Meeting & Understanding requirement from Analysis Team & giving it to Developers for development.
2) Work / Time allocation to team members as required.
3) Reviewing / Monitoring / Managing team member.
4) Providing support & motivation to team members on development / domain front.
5) Preparing technical documentation of development done and storing the same in system.
6) Implementation of testing & production environment. Ensure that development of team is done.
7) Coordination / communication with various concerned person related to development.
8) Coding if required at stages.
9) Ensuring that development is done queryless and in time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Minimum Experience of 2 years in development on languages like JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Servlet etc.
2) Analytical in nature.
3) Good leadership skills, preferred who have handled team of developers in past.
4) Sound Knowledge of Data Base in Oracle, MY SQL, PL / SQL and Advance SQL etc.
5) Experience in Web Application is preferred.
