*First 4 months only you are working as BDO. Once you trained very well, after 5th month you are directly promoted to 'PROGRAMMER' position in any one of the stream as your wish like JAVA/.NET/MATLAB/Embedded/VLSI.
*From 5th month onwards you are developing projects in the particular technologies as PROGRAMMER.
*This is a good opportunity, you to enter in programming side (Software line).

*Finding the way to pitch details

*Generate leads through cold calls, mailers & other means.
*Initiate and maintain regular customer contact
*Proactively develop new Business opportunities
*Demonstrate strong account management
*Develop strong and professional customer relationships
