ILP Solver for HW5 Q3

Hi All,

In HW5 q 3, we are asked to use bintprog which is only for solving integer program, but what we have is a mixed integer program (integer linear program). Mosek might be helpful for those looking for an ILP solver.

Yes, feel free to use ANY IP solver - in matlab or R or anything else. I don't care which IP solver you use, it's just the answer that I'm looking for. The LP relaxation should be trivial though. (I think Avi is right about bintprog not being enough)
