Please follow these guidelines.

This discussion board is to be used to communicate with me and the class about anything class/chemistry related.

Give the subject of your post a very specific title such as HW prob. 3.25, assig 3, this way we can easily determine if we want to read that post.

Only ONE question per post!

Give as much detail as you can about the problem (copy and paste the problem into the post) AND show what you have done so far.

This is for three reasons:

You learn better: Showing your work will force you to really make an effort on the problem that helps you learn it better than just being shown how.
It helps us help you: So often when a student shows all of their work we can look at your work and find one tiny mistake. This is so much easier to do than helping the student that just posts, "I don't get it."
Your self-esteem: Yes, seriously, when you realize just how close your answer was to being right (we find that one tiny mistake) you say (or think), "Wow I can do this!"

Last but not least please do respond to other students post.
