Cheap Mag-Lev Alternative?

- after watching this it occurred to me the if they made trains that
had ice on the bottom on sled like rails and this ice was continually
replaced, it could act like mag-lev action and provide almost
frictionless movement. Maybe the rails could be iced as well, don't
know...
