| Measurable results expected from the intern | The program will cover the cost for accommodation, food and trainings throughout these 8 weeks, except of the delegates' fees on the conferences. |
| Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship | Interns will develop their abilities to prepare and deliver quality trainings. They will work in a dynamic international environment with like - minded fellows form Ukraine and abroad, attending trainings, preparing sessions, working with pupils and contributing to their development. New deeper knowledge in people development area - training and facilitating skills - education and teaching skills - involvement in the educational environment - intercultural atmosphere - gaining expertise on fields like career planning and self awareness - gaining experience on AIESEC systems, PBOX experience - team management skills. |
