Dear all,
Thanks for Rebecca's prompt action on arrangement of our Easter BBQ. I have also checked TKO Plaza Club House and its time slot is as follows :
22/4 Garden Podium BBQ - first come first serve
10 am - 1:30
25/4 Garden Podim BBQ - first come first serve
2-5:30 pm
In case the above time slot may not be the suitable time, I can offer another choice of a place at the roof of TKO Plaza and my flat on 56/F which is now vacant without any karaoke facilities. But the only problem is that chairs are not sufficient for us.
22/4 Badminton : full
25/4 Badminton
10-11 am : 1 court only
12 noon - 1 : 1 court only
3 - 7 pm : 1 court only
9 - 10 pm : 1 court only and reserve 2 hrs per session
5-6 pm : reserve two courts together
10 - 11 pm : reserve two courts together
22/4 & 25/4 Po Ling : whole day available but not standard
Maximum : 2 hrs; can extend; $80 per hour
Squash, table tennis and billiard are always available. Please let me know as soon as possible for reservation of the above facilities because of first come first serve. Would anyone please help me to inform others if I miss them on e-mail list.
I personally would like the BBQ venue at Park Island where the environment and scenery there is peaceful and beautiful.
