Hey,

Observations from my focus group:
- accept birthday without /s
- accept y|n|Y|N|[yY].*|[nN].*
- complain with "You said 'blah' and we can't understand that <repeat question>" on could not parse type exceptions.

Nice.

It got stuck in an infinite verify loop for me. I kept saying yes and it kept asking me if it was correct.

I think this is a case of us not handling the unhappy path. When I
search for your record here given the information you supplied:

Is that birth date correct?

Date parsing and yes/no parsing is more robust now.
