Currently, these are the messages sent to an unregistered voter when they complete the process.  We can make these better.  Thoughts?

"You can register AND vote any business day until #{self.next_election_date} at #{self.county_clerk.sms_description}"

"On #{self.next_election_date} you can register AND vote at #{self.polling_place.sms_description}"

"More help? Call your county clerk @ #{self.county_clerk.phone_number} OR text back 'HELP' and we'll give you a call."

One of the biggest questions for our target demographic is "What do I need to bring?"

Maurice had an idea of a pre-recorded message that we could use to call the person and play - we can jam a whole lot more information into a phone call than we can these text messages.  This could be done in response to a text or for every unregistered person at the end of the process.

That makes a lot of sense to me. Although there is something to be said to the written text as well. Looking at the 10 approved registration docs, maybe a truncated version could fit into only a few texts.
