status of the app

The app repository is on github in the twiliomadness organization:

There's a primitive interaction already supported. You can see it if
you text anything to (414) 939-8633

Currently, that twilio account is hooked to the heroku staging app.

The twilio interface will ask you a series of questions until it has
your name and date of birth.

The first text doesn't always go through. I suspect that's initial
state I have screwed up (some post-deploy funk on heroku?).
