latest pushed to staging

I pushed the latest to staging. The happy path works. There's a
typo. See if you can find it. <wink>

I believe we are feature complete (mmf anyways) for the sms paths.  I did some integration testing, and didn't get stuck anywhere.  All the Cukes are passing.

I pushed up a few fixes, along with some documentation around the transitions, which have gotten a bit willy.  I want to try and migrate the names we use for the states to something consistent this weekend.  Suggestions?
