This letter is delivered to United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-
moon by 100 lawyers from around the world. We turn to the UN in
attempt to stop any vote on anything which is brought by Mr. Mahmud
Abbas.
It has been recently published that Mr. Abbas is trying to achieve
recognition in the UN general assembly as if he is a leader of a
state.
Mr. Abbas is not a valid representative of the "Palestinians". He
refuses to any election since he lost popular support. Mr. Abbas is
not a native resident of this territory.
The "Palestinian territory" belongs to its native residents. Part of
this area is also well known by the biblical name of Judea. The rights
of the Jewish residents of Judea territory, as well as all related
territories, have always been well recognized throughout the history
of the nations and the international law and no one can possibly deny
it.
Abbas knows that he does not have any real support even in the city of
Ramallah, his office's hometown. The majority of the Jewish citizens
in this area, as well as the majority of the rest of the residents,
prefers Mr. Abbas to step down.
Mr. Abbas is a foreigner. Abbas paves for holocaust denial and he
supports and leads brutal terror attacks against innocent people,
targeted against the Jewish people.
Any act of support to Mr. Mahmud Abbas's political arena is in fact
giving a support to Abass's unacceptable and illegal activities.
Supporting Abbas is illegal it can potentially identify the UN with
illegal activity, no matter of any political outcome.
Therefore, we call upon you in behalf of the international law and
justice to show responsibility and to stop Abas's efforts in the UN.
The UN must respect the Jewish residents of Judea in accordance with
the international law.
