The slides on the website for MCMC lecture doesn't include the simulated annealing and Monte Carlo EM part, but it's covered in your video.

Will this content be included in the final exam? If so, where can I get the full version of the slides?

I've updated those slides, and am also sending them attached.
There will be no questions on simulated annealing and Monte Carlo EM
in the final.
