In our first homework, 1.2.1, the first function may not be a CDF.
Should it be F(x)= 0.5 + (1/pi) * arctan(x) ?
Or the symbol 1/tan(x) means arctan(x) ?

Hi Shuchang,

There is a typo there, should be tan^{-1} (arctan).
