Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Developer with strong hands-on development expertise in the ServiceNow platform and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while leveraging AI-driven capabilities such as NOW Assist, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow applications and platform solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including Workflows, Service Catalog, IntegrationHub, CMDB, and ITSM applications.
• Utilize ServiceNow AI capabilities, including NOW Assist and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define solution architecture.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on development best practices.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Participate in AI/ML initiatives by integrating AI services and intelligent automation solutions into enterprise platforms.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and ServiceNow platform innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Lead Developer or Senior Technical role.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience including:
  • Workflows
  • Service Catalog
  • IntegrationHub
  • CMDB
  • Business Rules
  • Script Includes
  • UI Policies
  • Client Scripts
  • Flow Designer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI solutions and NOW Assist.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience designing enterprise applications using:
  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Microservices Architecture
  • Event-Driven Architecture
  • Micro-Frontend Architecture
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, TensorFlow, or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS-ITSM or other ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with React.js, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows, virtual agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience integrating Generative AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
