Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, workflow customization, application onboarding, user lifecycle management, certifications, and integrations. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture capabilities, and experience managing enterprise IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
- Design and develop scalable identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create architecture and design documents for IAM implementations and enhancements.
Development & Implementation
- Lead development and customization of SailPoint IIQ applications and workflows.
- Implement and support:
- User Lifecycle Management
- Provisioning & Deprovisioning
- Access Certifications
- Role Management
- Aggregation Processes
- Develop SailPoint rules, workflows, custom tasks, and connectors.
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP-based integrations.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices guidance to development teams.
- Drive code reviews, design reviews, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex SailPoint IIQ implementation and integration issues.
- Support end-to-end identity governance lifecycle initiatives.
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Application teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of IAM projects within scope and timelines.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing production support and maintenance for SailPoint IIQ solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Support upgrades, patching, and enhancement activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and implementation.

- Experience working in enterprise IAM transformation programs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
- Exposure to cloud IAM integrations and hybrid identity environments.
- SailPoint certifications are a plus.
