Location: Santa Clara, CA (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Local candidates preferred

Must-Have Core Skills
Backend: Strong, hands-on .NET and C# core expertise.
Frontend: Strong React framework experience.
AI Requirement: Hands-on exposure/integration with Generative AI technologies.
Leadership: Active hands-on coding combined with team management/mentorship and architecture review.
Key Responsibilities
Dual Role: Split between active development (hands-on coding) and technical leadership.
Delivery: Drive end-to-end delivery of AI-ready enterprise solutions.
Collaboration: Review system architecture/design and coordinate closely with offshore teams and stakeholders.
