Job Title: Network & Telecom Manager

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

Duration: Contract

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

·         Oversees active monitoring and troubleshooting of the enterprise network infrastructure, including Remote Locations, Distribution Center, Corporate Campus buildings, and Data Centers.

·         Ensure that all outages are escalated to appropriate contacts and updates given as necessary until the issue is resolved. Engages engineering support teams, including Network, Telecom, as required.

·         Manages the team that maintains the health and availability of the enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP networks, servers, and load balancers technologies.

·         Oversees delivery of services, including the provisioning of cellular, data, and voice services and responsible for telecom expense management.

·         Manages the relationship with Telco Owners to ensure rapid repair of data and voice circuits.

·         Manages provisioning and engineering of telecom services, including voice, data, and cellular. Oversees telecommunications expense management.
