 Job Title: Weblogic Administrator

Job Description:

• The Weblogic Administrator will be responsible for the overall administration of the middleware components which form the key technology infrastructure for several Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Property and Middle Office, HR & Finance etc.

• This position is engaged in all aspects of Middleware administration including architecture, design, configuration, tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, upgrades, deployment to various environments as well as consulting with Application Architects and Developers on middleware usage. 

• It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that the middleware infrastructure that supports Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Property and Middle Office Systems is scalable and robust to meet current and future provisioning needs for TIAA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, architect, design and implement highly available and disaster recovery solutions for middleware infrastructure such as Weblogic, APACHE, TOMCAT, Hyperion, JBOSS etc.
