Fellow Red Devils, I must say if you haven't seen it yet then you are missing out. After listening to the book Ghost Soldiers (because I don't like to sit and read, yeah my bad) I just had to go check out this movie. These poor souls walked into sure death (the Bataan Death March) and walked out alived, thanks to an amazing group of soldiers.

I am sorry to be the pessimist. My heart does feel for
those men, soldiers, warriors. However, it was a much
different time. Unfortunately if one of us brothers
falls it is not the same Country that will take care
of our families. Sixty years ago I would have shed my
blood for my brothers and Country without a second
thought. Today I will shed it for my brothers, but my
Country is a stranger that I no longer recognize
sometimes. I hope the Red Devils do not think less of
me, but one must be true to his heart.
