WASHINGTON, Sep 23 (IPS) - As a military jury in Texas considers the fate of Lynndie England, the low-ranking reservist pictured in the notorious photos of the abuse of Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in late 2003, two sergeants and a captain in one of the U.S. Army's most decorated combat units have come forward with accounts of routine, systematic and often severe beatings committed against detainees at a base near Fallujah from 2003 through 2004.

Who is more of an Idiot he who sheds his blood for
a Copunrty that stands for everthing or most things
contrary to his beleives or he who complians about it.
If you do not have the power to chance anything then
why fight for anyhting!

Shed your blood so those that stay home can make
laws that go agisnt the fabric of your Soul. So those
that stay home can teach your children in schiool
thiongs you do not believe in.

There is a fine line bewteen respecting he who
fights what he belives in and the Idiot who fights for
what others beleive in.

Yes I have no doubt that your words are from the heart (roomed with you for quite a while), with that said, believe it or not some politicians do speak from the heart and their words provoke pathos (a means of persuasion , some may say, by trying to appeal to someone's "pitty"). And for that very reason is why, to me, your response to the article posted on the Red Devil log book sounded like those of a politician.
