Android and TuxOnIce

Hello!
I'm trying to implement Android hibernation on ARM Cortes-A9 based embedded device.
I use TuxOnIce for linux 3.14.52 + TI patch (http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2010-December/036055.html).
Sometimes the hibernation/resuming works fine and I can operate with my device after resuming. But more often the system hangs after resuming from power-down. The screen on the display appears, but after entering menu (or any application) the system hangs and I'm not able to push any buttons etc.
Do you have any suggestions?
