Description
 As an Assistant Manager of Operations for Audit & Compliance the individual will be responsible for a series of backoffice processes to support business & employees in adherance to the Global Travel Policy; This includes data analysis, reporting and driving policy and complaince to global audience. Team management activities include, training new team members, team metrics & performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, career development., etc., Role includes leading & managing a team of auditors and effectively drive compliance and other improvement projects within the domain. 

• Responsible for the service delivery of processes under their control 
• Ensure that all CTQs pertaining to the process are met on a continual basis. 
• Ensure that all the process documentation for the various processes is updated periodically. 
• Ensure that there is cross-training and back up plans for all the processes under his control. 
• Ensure that there is a good working relationship between the team and the process owners. 
• Analyze team's productivity by having metrics defined for all processes. 
• Have the Appraisals conducted along with the Unit Managers for all the people reporting into him / her. 
• Identify opportunities for Green Belt / Lean Projects for the various processes. 
• Ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance as per internal controls 
• Direct and develop initiatives for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency across all activities performed by Audit and Compliance team 
• Support all T&E Compliance initiatives globally. 
• T&E Reporting to support business requirements as needed 
• Management of system access from a control perspective 
 
Qualifications
 - Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting MBA Finance-optional 
- Strong Communication skills (verbal & written) 
- Excellent People leader and team management skills 
- Good understanding of finance processes related to payments, travel & expense management, accounting, etc., 
- Basic understanding of metrics based process management 
- Analytical mindset, 
- Passion for customer service & a sense of urgency to addresss/resolve employee issues 
- Working level knowledge on MS Office, Outlook, web based applications
