Hi folks:

For those interested:, Texas instruments are doing their Launchpad boards again, this time with a 32-bit ARM rather than a 16-bit MSP430:

http://www.ti.com/ww/en/launchpad_site/stellaris.html?DCMP=stellaris-launchpad&HQS=stellaris-launchpad-b

I'd love to buy one or two (limit is two per customer) but the site is painful, broken and otherwise annoying. Apparently the CPUs themselves are $4.40 in volume so this is a cheap offering if the software that comes with it is good enough. 80MHz ARM, 32k SRAM, 256k Flash, 43 5v-tolerant GPIOs, 12 12-bit ADCs, and more. $4.99 until launch date on September 25th.

Domhnall.

Nice. I couldn't spot the sample rate of the ADCs. Any ideas?

I saw something somewhere about 1k samples/sec, but I can't find it now.

Is that all? Jeez, I could type them in faster than that.

Sorry, make that 1k ksamples/sec... or 1 million samples/sec.
