Hi,
does anyone know good options for getting t-shirts printed?

The local brewing crew is getting a bit proud.

regards,
Richard

Hi Paul,

I'd be happy to take this forward.  If everyone else is ok for me to do this then please give me your ideas / links / contacts for cheap T-shirts / whatever.  I suspect we'll use the LAB logo designed a year ago by someone... Ben?

I'll collate ideas, and bring a design/type suggestion to LAB in September for a vote, and we can have them printed in time for the Oct / Nov LAB comp.

Dave.

Maybe this will sort out my concerns over growing numbers at LAB medetings - perhaps some will want to go there instead?

LAB T-shirts is someting we should have and perhaps for the comp in November. Anyone want to take this forward?

Paul

We need to go and clean up on the prizes. Maybe show up in some printed LAB shirts.

Alright, i found out via twitter that the thing will start at 2pm.  I'm going to be at music and tech thing in SW1 till about that time on Sunday, but I'll head that way after.

I think they mean well, but I share many of the other mentioned concerns.

Pretty cynical effort really. They're well aware we exist probably
disappointed that we didn't return, and announce this in such a way as
to lead people to believe that there aren't already clubs in London.
Hardly the sort of thing that makes me think of them as good citizens
of the craft beer movement.

Aside from that though, is there a need, or a desire, for another London club?

Contrary to what's implied in their write up, the twitter response was not

I can probably swing by as I'm curious to see how it goes (though I have
other things on Sunday so it depends on what time things are meant to
happen, or is it just all day Sunday?) , and am considering pushing some
beer to their comp. The write up seems to describe it without any tasting
of homebrew though and really, without the tastings it loses something
rather significant...

I will pop along, think I am fairly free that day.

Will be interesting to see the kind of crowd it attracts. The competition
prizes look pretty attractive for the winners.

It looks like this club is being incubated by the pub itself?

I can pop along. Shall I ask on twitter how they plan to be different? :)

Maybe they're feeling lost and lonely because we didn't come back...

How long until the new club works out that they can't hear themselves
think with the dreadful acoustics upstairs?

Anyone proposing to go along on Sunday, and report back?

I'm sure London already has a home brew club.
