Increase voltage on Linak Control Box

Hi all,

A friend of mine as a Linak CBD6S that he uses to power motors; he runs a company that sells motorized stairs. He needs Control Box to supply more voltage than it currently is, from 3.9 to  4.2 volts I think.

Is anyone able to do this, or able to put me in touch with someone who can? He's willing to pay to get the job done.
