I reset both the modem and switch. I can leave my phone's wifi on if anyone was planning to come by?

Think UPC were doing something that kept it down. my dad had the same problem near Salthill.

I was at home (the docks) when these reports were coming in, and our UPC-supplied internet connection was fine...?
