This is the worst product I have EVER bought! First...I have had three intelligent people besides myself try and program this ting. No good..it goes off when it wants to...like in the middle of the night! Second..theres NO customer service...you can EMAIL if you have a question. Third...it catches up on EVERYTHING. Every rug, every strip where the floor surface changes etc. It's a piece of CRAP. I wish to God I had not wasted the money because I've spent so long trying to get it programmed and working that I'm sure I can't get a refund.
