Monthly revenue turned from 1,200 RMB (Oct. 2008) to 17,900RMB (Feb. 2010)
A promotion coverage of at least 32,000 expatriates in Beijing which accounts for more than 45% of foreign resident population (total 70,000 (2008)). Apart from foreign students from above-mentioned courses, others like Expat Show, nciku.com, ForeignCN.com etc.
8 Chinese hostels for foreigners under cooperation.
The registration of Chinese Culture Express Company (CCE).
At least 10 job opportunities of Kung fu coaches and management staff created for college students and graduates.
Commendation and media support for CCE and Xie from the Beijing Kids, which has the largest circulation in Beijing in terms of foreign periodicals.
Preliminary contact with Hanban and British Council (BC), further cooperation is underway.
Improvement of capability to ensue business survival and sustainability of newly found success by enhancing and perfecting previous course system.
Fulfillment of the mission of health care and Chinese cultural spread.

国际学校方面，我想在3、4月份两个月内帮助小谢组建各个国际学校的功夫队，并且在平时进行一定的训练。等到武术队有一定的基础之后，可以在下个学期筹办一场武术比赛或者武术表演。5月份就可以开始功夫夏令营的准备和宣传了，向各个国际学校的学生及在京外国人发出邀请，邀请他们参加夏令营。此外，一个很重要的工作是多多关注国际学校的各项活动，积极找机会参加，这也是上个学期我做得不够的方面。
流动人口方面我还没有什么头绪，不过我觉得可以考虑以与进入奔驰公司类似的方法打入青年旅社的外国人市场，就是在他们的健身俱乐部里面简单得教授一些养生法之类的，也可以在旅游旺季进行相关表演及讲座。
