关于Extention的一些安排

我就直接转发VP李宗哲的邮件啦～另外附件中是关于EOP的一些说明。 发现group奇怪地登不上去，开不了帖……

 

诸位Core members,

由于期末考试之后大家各有安排，很难聚到一起，我就在群里和大家说一下本学期EOP的一些事项。请大家和各自的members也准确传达一下。
关于整个EOP项目大概是什么内容，我想在前面的帖子里我已经给大家看过了那份word的策划，如果没有看过请告诉我我再发一次。
下面有几个关键点：
1.寒假回去做extension的主题是social enterprise，在做的时候可以看情况加一些其他内容和其他形式，但希望主的主题不要变。
2.做extension的时候希望多拍一些高质量的照片或者影像资料，好为后面的report打好基础。
3.由于目标人群是中学生，所以大家可以去各自的母校和老师联系一下，办一下主题报告、讨论或者活动之类。
4.做活动时尽量节省经费，但要保证活动质量和效果，SIFE China会在近期把第一波款打过来，大概2000样子，寒假做EOP的时候请把详细的开销记录下来，发票留存。
5.关于发票问题，原来和大家说发票抬头写“赛扶教育”，现在统一改为“赛扶”。另外，有一个重中之重的问题，因为开学初上海那里就要搜集发票了，所以请大家寒假广屯发票，餐饮发票无效。SIFE China让我们3月1号之前把足额发票快递到上海，也就是说，请大家（包括member）在22、23号样子将攒的发票统一寄到北京来，再一并快递到上海。至于具体怎么寄过来，寒假期间会和大家说。
6.EOP在下学期初的时候就会有半程的审核，包括项目进行情况、影像资料等等。请大家在开学之初就赶紧搜集各组的extension材料，到时候统一发给小昊，整理成extension资料库。

另外各个项目组在寒假期间也不要耽误了进度，希望各组能最大程度地向前赶一赶进度，好让下学期不要太急功近利。
寒假留在北京的core们，我们会找时间拉各位出来吃饭喝茶什么的，探讨一下项目问题，所以寒假留北京的core在本帖下面说明一下。
还有一些工作目前没有完全定下来，有消息再通知大家。就是这样，祝大家寒假愉快！！

做extension会对大家有非常大的帮助。希望大家近期能够完成extension的工作，趁着中学还没有放假。

另外正在被雇主压榨着的我，不得不催大家一下：15日前，你下学期的工作意向；你的初步计划和粗略想法；

放假又没来得及好好睡觉，及其诚恳的劝慰这个假期没有太多安排的孩儿们，好好睡觉，好好休息，没事儿看看电影、看看书，让我羡慕死你们……
