Stipend 2 year application form

Hello Freind

This is good news that we have got 2 nd year stipend also but next news is that u have to send 2 nd year form signature within revenue stamp ticket.

Today i got new sand i am completing all form by filling and attsting revenue stamp

i need ur permission to sign on stamp and subit in office because if i send u by postal address then u sign it again send to me which is big problem so what i am do

either u come hear for signaure or give me permission of signture (which is un official) ok
