Trust you are doing great. I am writing this mail to let you know about the finalization of a grand event coming up in the month of June 2014.

An alumnus is always the brand ambassador of an institution. The in-organic growth of an institution depends on its constant association with the alumnus. In this endeavor, we have planned to organize the first ever Alumni Get-Together for the batches passing out in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2013. To maximize the benefits, we are planning to conduct this event along with our institution’s annual flagship event, Sri Shakthi Innovation and Leadership Summit. For the 2013 batch students, we are planning to conduct the Graduation Day one day after this event. We feel by this way we can maximize the turnout. Also, you might be in a difficult situation to decide if the information was given at the last moment. Hence, we write this mail to give firsthand information of the program. All further details will be mailed shortly.
